Samsung has, at their Samsung Forum 2014 event in Malaga, Spain, introduced a few new pieces of tech to the African continent. First up is their U9000 curved UHD television, something that we in’re very glad to see closer to home. Everyone else has already gotten some bendy loving and Samsung’s 78-inch curved panel should make a few homeowners extremely happy.
The South Korean company also announced that the Galaxy Note Pro and Galaxy Tab Pro devices will be making the trip to the continent. Yes, the 12.2-inch tablets will be available soon (along with the smaller devices).
On the smart camera front, Samsung will be bringing the Galaxy NX30 camera to South African shores. The company’s 20.3 megapixel shooter will boast an APS-C CMOS sensor and an improved autofocus technology.
Stuff will have a more detailed look at the newly unveiled-for-Africa devices a little later on today. Samsung will also be bringing a few audio solutions, a smart fridge, an air conditioner, printer series and washing machine to Africa.
