Can you really claim to play Fortnite if you’re not going it on a Fortnite console? Is that a thing? Apparently, yes. Microsoft’s supposedly got a purple Fortnite Edition Xbox One S on the way, according to leaks spotted online recently.

Prior to last night’s announcement, there have only ever been two Halo games released on the PC. That’d be Halo: Combat Evolved and Halo 2. Everything else after that was launched on Microsoft’s Xbox consoles exclusively. Until now. Microsoft has announced that PC gamers will be getting their twitchy trigger fingers on Halo: The Master Chief Collection shortly. What’s more, it’ll be available via Steam.
Microsoft has brought new Azure datacentres to South Africa, based in Cape Town and Johannesburg. The datacentres are the company’s “…first enterprise-grade datacenters in Africa”, and will be instrumental in connecting the country (and the continent) with Microsoft’s services.
Better get ready for an all-digital future, boitjies — because Microsoft is reportedly launching their disc-less Xbox console in April 2019.
Prefacing Mobile World Congress this week, Microsoft has unveiled the HoloLens 2, a next-gen ‘mixed reality’ headset that, according to its makers, is more immersive and comfortable than the original.
