Huawei’s first folding smartphone, the Mate X, will be launching before the end of November this year. But, before you get too excited, that launch is limited to China at the present. Huawei announced the details at a launch event, giving out the timeline and pricing for the device.

Huawei showed off its forthcoming Mate X folding phone-let (or tab-phone) at a media event in Johannesburg today. Nonetheless, we got to check out the camera setup and try various apps, and our early impressions suggest it’s going to be a highly desirable — and crazy expensive — when it arrives in June or July of this year.
