The Instagram Lite app was intended for countries with poor data connectivity and smartphones that struggle with processing hundreds of high quality images in any given moment. Yeah, but it’s gone now. Facebook has sent it to the farm, so to speak. While we wait for the new version of Instagram Lite to grace the world, you’ll have to use the “heavy” version of the app. Okay but don’t go about panicking because a new version is on the way, according to a Facebook spokesperson. See, Instagram Lite was a super cool idea when it launched back in 2018. Designed…

Look, we can’t really say whether this’ll be a commonly used feature but just the fact that it’s a thing people can do now is pretty super cool. Certainly makes signing emailed documents a whole lot easier considering we won’t need to rely on overly cumbersome and convoluted scanners. Do you remember the day you got your pen licence in school? I do, largely because it was a little embarrassing. I was the last person my class to get it because my handwriting was, and continues to be, an absolute devastation to the written word. Fortunately for me, writing something…

Through no fault of either company, America placing restrictions and bans on local enterprises working with Chinese companies was no doubt a huge hit for Huawei. Having Google apps available on an Android device is almost unquestionable at this point, it’s difficult for consumers to see a life where Google isn’t an essential part of their mobile experience. Thus, Huawei’s been facing a bit of an uphill battle, whether it wants to admit it or not. So there’s a…
