If you enjoy the finer things in life, and one of those ‘finer things’ is buying expensive tech, Bang & Olufsen have just announced the Beo Grace, a “sculptural expression of wearable earpiece sound.”
For the ordinary folks, it’s a new set of true wireless in-ear headphones.
“Beo Grace is more than a pair of earpiece (sic), it is a vision of the century ahead. It captures Bang & Olufsen’s legacy of uncompromising sound and timeless craftsmanship, reinterpreted as a piece of wearable design for the modern world,” says Kristian Teär, CEO of Bang & Olufsen.
Get yourself some Beo Grace

Unlike regular jewelry, these will actually perform a function while you wear them, namely blasting pristine audio into your ears from their rather small refined aluminium form.
Details for how they will achieve that is still scarce, but they will apparently feature Bang & Olufsen’s most advanced adaptive active noise cancellation system to date, probably borrowed from the H100. There are six ‘studio-grade’ microphones powering this feature, which should also lend themselves to a fantastic transparency mode if the H100 are anything to go by. They’re also said to support spatial audio, able to “virtualize any stereo mix”.
Making them do your bidding involves precision force sensors inside the aluminium tubes, and you’ll have to tap in the general vicinity of your ear to change the volume. That’s supposed to be better than other “finicky touch controls”. We’ll have to see about that.
The Beo Grace’s battery life is quoted to lie somewhere in the 4.5-hour range with ANC enabled. The case should give you a further 17 hours and a quick five-minute charge should net you around 2.5 hours.
