Like almost everything Samsung makes, the incoming Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 has leaked. Not the entire thing — the innards are still a mystery — but we know exactly what it looks like. The leaks come from the (no longer retired?) @evleaks, AKA Evan Blass. If you were holding out for a redesign, prepare to be disappointed.
Galaxy Watch Ultra 2: Electric Boogaloo

First: the bezels. The Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 has retained the same ‘squircle’ face shape, though the numbers 1 to 12 now appear all around the edge. The strap, too, has been modified and is now entirely silicone. Seeing as the first Ultra had three strap variants, we’re inclined to believe it’ll do the same here.
Like the original Watch Ultra, its sequel is still rocking a 47mm case, according to the rear. We also got a peek at the health sensors tucked behind the Sapphire Crystal display, which also confirmed the 10ATM water resistance spec. That’s it for the design alterations. The overall look is certainly cleaner than the watch it’s replacing.
Still, for the price Samsung will likely attach to the thing, we’d have liked to see a little more innovation. While these images haven’t revealed much about the interior, earlier leaks point to the watch packing a Snapdragon Wear Elite processor, 2GB of RAM, and an 800mAh battery, which should add a few more days per charge.
We likely won’t have to wait much longer to find out for certain if the leaks are true. Samsung typically unveils its latest wearables at the July Unpacked, which is rumoured to kick off on 22 July 2026. We’ll also get a lock on the Galaxy Watch 9 line-up as well as the company’s new foldables.
