Have you been thinking about going completely wireless for all your audio needs? Well, for one thing, it is the smarter choice because that’s where the industry is going and sooner or later, you will have to look at wireless audio solution. So this is a great time to sit back and observe what are the advantages and disadvantages of going completely wireless and what makes the newly launched HUAWEI FreeBuds 4i one of the right choices.

    The Pros

    1. No more annoying wires!
One of the best reasons to switch to wireless earphones is that you are free from the hassle of cables getting knotted up in your pocket or even being tethered down to your device at all times. By going wireless, you have the advantage of casually enjoying your tunes or calls without having worry about any long cables wrapping around you.
    2. High Quality Sound
With the advancements in technology and demand of better sound overall, audio manufacturers are investing into better components for higher sound quality. Take for instance the HUAWEI FreeBuds 4i. With its 10mm dynamic driver, professional tuning and other customized components, you will get high quality music whenever and wherever. To top this off, the HUAWEI FreeBuds 4i also comes with Active Noise Cancellation, which allows for truly immersive audio no matter what environment you are in. Not to worry about having to take off the earphones to have a conversation or listen to alerts either. Just long press for Awareness mode which will let ambient sounds in.
    3. Stylish Good looks
Another great advantage is the good looks! Wireless earphones have become part of the new fashion statement and with the HUAWEI FreeBuds 4i, you don’t have to think twice. Available in three shades of Ceramic White, Carbon Crystal Black and Honey Red, these new earphones are sleek and stylish giving it a fashionable look. It also boasts a functional purpose with its lightweight and support for gestures, making it easy to use. The case is also designed to fit in your hand, making it less of a hassle to carry around!

    The Cons

    1. Battery life
Battery life is a major concern with wireless earphones. Wired options don’t need separate batteries or even recharging, which gives it an advantage over its wireless counterparts and many a time there are those who don’t want yet another device to charge. With the HUAWEI FreeBuds 4i, this is not a problem at all. First of all, a single full charge can give you up to 10 hours of continuous music playback or 6.5 hours of voice calls, provided the ANC is turned off. Turn ANC on, and you get 7.5 hours of music playback and 5.5 hours of voice calls[i]. You can also use it with the charging case, which gives you 22 hours of music playback or 14 hours of voice calls. Charging doesn’t take too long either. For instance, 10 minutes of charge can give you 4 hours of use!
    2. Connectivity
With wired earphones it’s as simple as plugging in a cable to the port, while wireless earphones can have some connection steps. Some search via Bluetooth or even through dedicated apps, which can be quite tiresome in general. The HUAWEI FreeBuds 4i however, tackles this with a quick and easy way to connect. If you have a Huawei smartphone running EMUI 10.0 or above, simply pop open the case and you will get an on-screen prompt to connect with your smartphone. Once this seamless process is done, not only will you be connected but, you can also view the connection and battery status of the earphones on your phone.

Sure, making the jump to a new technology has its ups and downs, but with the HUAWEI FreeBuds 4i at your disposal, even the ‘downs’ can become ‘ups’. With each feature designed keeping the consumer in mind, the HUAWEI FreeBuds 4i is easily one of the best choices for wireless earphones.

Pros and Cons of wireless audio and why the HUAWEI FreeBuds 4i is the right choice.
