Tetris is everywhere. It has released on just about every platform in existence, up to and including cellular phones and the sides of buildings and it’s just getting another outing. On a t-shirt.
The brainchild of one Marc Kerger, the Tetris t-shirt is a home-made project so you’re not going to be able to buy one of these in a store. But, it’s just possible that you could make one yourself.
The garment-based game was placed onto the shirt in the video above with a bank of LEDs and controllers on the underside of the shirt, with the gameplay buttons also being placed under the fabric against the skin. Probably not that comfortable to wear but those are the things we do for love.
The whole thing is powered by conventional batteries and an Arduino Uno board, which connects to the shirt from an external box. The result is strangers poking you in the chest while trying to get that damn zigzag brick into place.
