CompanionLink, a private company that specialises in data synchronisation for mobile devices, has posted an interesting infographic on their blog relating to how much data is being generated daily and how that data is managed.
The graphic cites Google chairman Eric Schmidt as saying that every two days as much data is created as was put together from the dawn of time up till 2003. It goes on to list some statistics for cloud storage services as well as the hows and whys of syncing before ending off with the projected value of cloud-based services by 2013.
