Prior to last night’s announcement, there have only ever been two Halo games released on the PC. That’d be Halo: Combat Evolved and Halo 2. Everything else after that was launched on Microsoft’s Xbox consoles exclusively. Until now. Mobile operator Vodacom has launched support for eSIM devices in South Africa along with a new accompanying service, called OneNumber, that allows users to use a single mobile phone number across multiple devices. The first devices the network will launch with eSIM support out of the box are Samsung’s recent 42mm and 46mm Galaxy Watch (the LTE editions).
We asked Vodacom for more information on how its new eSIM offering works and is priced. This is what the operator had to say.
