These days, your business is losing out on some form of customer accessibility if it doesn’t have an app. There’s an app for just about any occasion, including travel. Many South African airlines have invested in app that streamline the booking and check-in process, and now FlySafair has followed suit with its brand new mobile app.
FlySafair’s mobile app is currently available to download on Google Play Store and Apple Store — no word on its Huawei AppGallery availability yet, though. According to a press release, the app makes travel during a global pandemic easier to manage, considering no physical human contact needs to take place throughout the booking/flying process.
Okay, FlySafair enough
“The aim of the app has been to make our customer’s experience with us simpler, by centralising all booking details into one place. What’s great about this is that customers can manage a great deal of their journey on their own devices. Boarding passes are kept on the device which supports our No Touch approach at the airport and live updates through the app will keep customers abreast of any possible schedule changes,” says Kirby Gordon, chief marketing officer at FlySafair.
Through the app, users can set up a personal profile where all of their bookings and boarding passes will be saved for future use. As we’ve seen in other airline apps, you’ll be able to easily book and check in using the app, with special in-app deals on the cards.
“We’re looking forward to running a couple of promotions and deals that will be exclusively available through our app in the near future,” says Gordon.
You can download the free FlySafair app from Google Play Store for your Android device, or Apple Store for your iDevice right now.
