Samsung’s own website seems to have leaked the Galaxy Tab S8 Enterprise Edition

Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S7 and its sibling, the S7+, are currently the best Android tablets out there. But the Galaxy Tab S8 should be following along soon, according to an entry on Samsung Ireland’s website.

It’s possible that the entry, which adds detail about a tablet called the Galaxy Tab S8 Enterprise Edition, is the result of a typing error, but that would still mean that there’s an unannounced Tab S7 Enterprise Edition out there.

Meet the Tab S8

The entry confirms that the new tablet will arrive with a microSD slot supporting cards up to 1TB in size and support for NanoSIM cards — so not much is changing on that front. The Tab S6 and upwards have all had the same features.

Other details have been doing the rounds, however. The Galaxy Tab S8 is said to include the Snapdragon 888, the mobile processor to have this year (unless you’re Apple), 8GB or 12GB of RAM, and storage options from 128GB to 512GB. Displays will apparently remain unchanged but an 11in 120Hz LCD or a 12.4in 120Hz AMOLED don’t sound bad to use at all.

Battery capacities will also remain unchanged, though Samsung’s said to be downgrading from 45W fast charge to just 25W. Of course, these details are just rumours at the moment — but don’t be surprised if Samsung announces something that looks very much like this in the next few months.
