Stuff got to see the unveiling of Audi’s new e-tron electric vehicle here in South Africa. The highlight? The side-mounted cameras, in fact, which transmit video inside the vehicle rather than using, you know, a mirror.
There was a lot of noise, neon, and smoke at the unveiling — fitting, since this car is supposed to be the future and everything we’ve been taught has prepared us for just such a scenario. Though, if EVs have their way, there will be a whole lot less smoke about in the next few decades. So just noise and neon, then?
