First National Bank is offering the new iPad (iPad 3) to clients who make use of a range of the bank’s services at a reduced rate as of today as part of their smartphone and tablet promotion.
FNB Gold and Platinum cheque account holders, FNB Private Clients as well as FNB Young Professionals, One Account, Islamic Finance, Encore and RMB cheque account holders are all eligible for the offer. Orders can be placed via FNB’s website or by SMSing “tablet” to 32812 (at standard network rate for the SMS).
FNB clients can get the new iPad for a fixed monthly fee, payable over 24 months, “…at a reduced rate and with zero additional interest, fees or charges payable.”
Apple’s 16GB WiFi-only iPad 3 is priced at R205 per month as part of FNB’s promotion while the iPad 3 WiFi +4G 16GB and 32GB are available at R259 and R299 per month respectively. The company will still have the 16GB iPad 2 3G + WiFi available for R219 per month.
