Honor made its new 600 Lite smartphone official a few weeks ago, and now a fresh batch of leaks suggests it’s gearing up for another launch. That’d be the Honor 600 and 600 Pro, as revealed in new leaked renders, along with a couple of specs. If you’re wondering where the brand’s 500 series is, look to China. The fast-moving 600 series will likely see a wider release — like the 400 series from last year.
Bringing Honor to South Africa?
In typical Honor fashion, the leaked 600 and 600 Pro look like little iPhone clones. Apple’s design team is among the best in the biz, and Honor isn’t letting those skills go to waste. This time, it’s ripping off the iPhone 17 Pro; its horizontal camera home being the largest culprit. It’s even available in shades of black, gold, and orange.
On its front sits 6.57in OLED display (1.5K) that’s 120Hz-ready. Both devices feature a Snapdragon 8 chipset under the hood, though exactly which one(s) isn’t known. Gotta keep something for the big reveal, huh? Each includes a 9,000mAh battery, far exceeding the typical capacity for a mid-ranger like this.

That triple rear array houses a 200MP main camera, which appears in both the regular 600 and 600 Pro. The regular 600 gets by with an ultrawide backuo, while the Pro gains a telephoto camera. It sits atop a glass panel, with a metal frame surrounding the edges.
We shouldn’t have to wait long until Honor confirms all the important details, like the chipset, release date, and price. If the leaks are correct, Honor is preparing to unveil the devices in Europe “within the next few weeks”. If the company’s 400 series is anything to go by, the Honor 600 should be in South Africa by June.
