In yet another bid to preserve the fiction that its product leaks are unofficial, website Android Headlines has gone and published all of Samsung’s product imagery for the pending Galaxy S25 lineup. Officially it’s a leak. Unofficially, these are the exact images Samsung will share with the world when its Unpacked event rolls around next week.
Someone at Samsung handed over 75 images to the publication which shared them roughly nine days before the official announcement. If this was a problem, we reckon the leak might have been plugged by now. It’s almost like it’s officially sanctioned…
Unpacking the S25 early
The main information you’ll glean from the leak of the S25 lineup, from the base model to the Ultra, is the different colour variations. The S25 Ultra will ship in the serious shades — Black, White (we suspect the word ‘Phantom’ is involved), and a pair of more subtle takes on blue and white respectively. The stock and Plus both arrive in blue, green, and silver hues.
Aside from that, they’re extremely hard to tell apart from the Galaxy S24 lineup. As with Samsung’s folding phones, there’s not much happening on the design front. The major changes, which we’re expecting are rather more incremental than revolutionary, will all be internal.
There is one area in which Samsung might surprise everyone. There’s a rumour that a Galaxy S25 Slim is hanging around. It hasn’t turned up in these images, which could mean a few things. Either it doesn’t exist, it does exist and it will clutter up the lineup before the base or Plus model disappears, or Samsung is considering a mere name change. Either way, we’ll have some clarity on 22 January when the company shows what energy its bringing to 2025.
