Renewing your vehicle’s license is becoming easier thanks to a partnership between Supa Quick and Disky. Disky is an online automated messaging service that allows one to renew a license disc over WhatsApp. Combine that with 190 different Supa Quick locations and you have a recipe for never standing in line.
“We are all pressed for time, and no one likes to stand in notoriously long, slow-moving queues in crowded venues at the licensing department or post office,” said Adeshni Sewbaran, franchise director at Supa Quick. “We wanted to find a way to make this process easier for our customers and Disky was the obvious choice.”
As easy as ABC
Getting the process rolling is as easy as scanning a QR code. No, really. Just visit a Supa Quick store and scan the available QR code to get started. You can also visit Supa Quick’s website and scan the QR code there. The site is certainly the easiest route to sorting out your license disc renewal.

On scanning the QR code, WhatsApp will automatically open. After pressing send, you’ll be met by a list of prompts. Select ‘Quote’ and enter the required details. Accept the quote if you’re happy with its terms — yes, there is a charge for all of this.
Lastly, choose which of the 190 Supa Quick stores is nearest so you can collect your disc. That’s it. You’ll be sent a receipt confirming the payment soon after. You’ll be notified that your disc is ready for collection within five to ten days. Yes, it’s convenient, but it’ll take a little time to arrive.
The entire process takes a couple of minutes of your time. A service fee is added to the cost of the disc renewal, obviously. Payments may be made through Ozow, Zapper, or Peach Payments. The partnership works with any vehicle code too, from motorcycles to hatchbacks to caravans.
