Simone Biles is probably one of the biggest names in competitive sport at the moment. And even though we don’t tend to follow sports trends here at Stuff, it’s hard to miss the gymnast’s world-first triple-double flip that has taken over the internet.
The American gymnast managed to do one of the most challenging moves in gymnastics during her floor routine at the 2019 US Gymnastics Championships in Kansas City. At the age of 22, she became the first woman in the world to land a triple-double in a competition. Obviously, the tremendous occasion was caught on tape, and someone decided to slow it down so we can gasp at her glory in even more frames. Thank you, random stranger.

As you can see, this is a glorious, super-human move that involves twisting three full times while doing two full back-flips. This is all done in the air before ending in a perfect landing. We’re convinced that Biles is a superhero in disguise and that she will soon take over the world.
