If you’re looking to own a smartphone with four rear camera-sensors, Samsung’s got your back. Their latest device, the Samsung Galaxy A9 is available in South Africa from today.
The Galaxy A9’s camera(s) is the real reason you’d want this device. It sports features such as ultra-wide angle, 2x optical zoom, live focus, scene optimiser, flaw detection, selfie focus, and a pro lighting mode.
In total the A9 actually has five camera sensors, including the one on the front. Besides that, around the back you’ll find an 8MP ultra-wide angle sensor to fit the whole Garden Route into one picture, a 10MP for Telephoto sensor that offers up to 2x optical zoom, a 5MP Depth sensor for those shallow depth-of-field shots, and a 24MP main sensor to top it all off.
Powering the insane setup is a decent 3800mAh battery that supports fast charging. It also has 128GB of on-board storage space that can be expanded to 512GB and boasts a brilliant 6.3in Infinity Display.
The Samsung Galaxy A9 is now available in South African stores from selected retailers and will cost you R12,000.
