You'll often catch me dreaming of a Wind Waker remaster. Or sleeping. One of the two.

We know, we know. Your favourite Legend of Zelda game probably isn’t on here. If we had to pick every game in the series that we liked we’d be here all day. As hard as the decision was, we finally settled on five of Nintendo’s best in the mainline Zelda timeline that aren’t Breath of the Wild. That means we don’t have to think about ‘Freshly-Picked Tingle’s Rosy Rupeeland’ any longer than we already have. Trust us, you don’t want to go in there. See? We told you. 5. The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening Alright, confession time. We never…

Judgement Day is upon us once again. The Department of Mineral Resources and Energy has arrived, just like the ancient texts (the Central Energy Fund) said it would. It’s come to deliver the people of South Africa the upcoming month’s petrol and diesel prices no matter if they’re good or bad. This time around… it’s a bit of both. If you hadn’t already guessed, petrol drivers are once again taking the brunt of the Department’s lust for money, while diesel drivers continue to be favoured. It’s fine. We’re used to it by now. Obviously, the Department has no real sway…

If you thought a game where the primary focus was to wreck your opponents using cars and guns (and car-guns) wouldn’t translate well to a live-action adaptation, who cares? It’s happening anyway. Peacock is actively developing a live-action Twisted Metal series that’ll see Anthony Mackie in the starring role. It’s set to premiere on 27 July. If you’re wondering what the hell Twisted Metal even is and when it’ll appear in the next chapter of Fortnite, you’re far too young. Heck, only a percentage of Stuff was around back when the Twisted Metal series was at its peak in the…

We have some bad news. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has leaked. As in, the entirety of the game has made its way into the hands of fans that aren’t quite as fearful of the ‘Big N’ as they should be. If you were planning on taking a break from social media until after the game’s release – it appears your time has come. Tears of Nintendo But how does a game like Tears of the Kingdom, with this much hype (and perhaps the best lawyers in the world) backing it, manage to leak early? Well, we don’t…

Microsoft Teams, one of the world’s largest business-centric communication applications is getting an upgrade: Payments. No longer need webinars, meetings, or classes be free of charge, with small- and medium-sized businesses being afforded the opportunity to begin charging customers to attend their sessions. This opens an entirely new market for tutors, lawyers, or anyone else that sells knowledge to interested parties. There’s just one problem. The Payments feature is limited to businesses in the US and Canada (for now, at least). You can see the app listing right here, though unless you reside in the US or Canada, is there…

“Git gud” is an ideology as old as time itself. It’s something that most don’t like to hear, especially after they’ve just had their behinds whipped for the hundredth time by Margit, the Fell Omen. But there comes a point where you can no longer ignore this fact. Well, with Steam’s latest UI overhaul to the In-Game overlay, players can constantly inundate themselves with the idea. See, the recent In-Game overhaul brought about plenty of changes and upgrades. Most, however, are minor changes under the hood, improving the quality of life for users looking to traverse Skyrim for the tenth…

We’re less than three weeks away from potentially the biggest title in Nintendo’s 133-year history (yeah, that caught us off guard too) – The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Coming off the back of Nintendo’s magnum opus, we’re quite confident that it’s got the chops to somehow be even larger in scope than its predecessor. The thing is, we haven’t played Tears of the Kingdom yet (expect a review in due course). We have played Breath of the Wild, a game that was only possible through years and years of experimentation and a complete reinvention of the wheel…

Netflix has released a sneak-peek trailer for season three of The Witcher, though it offers surprisingly little in the way of story. We know that Geralt understands fear and that the five-episode Volume 1 is releasing on 29 June, while Volume 2 – containing the season’s final three episodes – is arriving on Netflix on 27 July. The Witcher Season 3: Wild Hunt “As monarchs, mages and beasts of the Continent compete to capture her, Geralt takes Ciri of Cintra into hiding, determined to protect his newly reunited family against those who threaten to destroy it. Entrusted with Ciri’s magical…

Possibly the most requested WhatsApp feature is on the way. If WhatsApp is to be believed (it usually is), the multi-device feature added last year which allowed users to access their accounts from browsers, tablets, and computers is getting an expansion. This time, it’s expanding to extend the device list to support four other smartphones. Multiply that by five Setting up a second device is easy. Once updated, upon opening WhatsApp on a fresh device that isn’t your primary one, a new prompt will appear asking if you’d like to “link to existing account.” That’ll generate a QR code, which…

Stuff loves Opera. More specifically, Opera GX. That means our minds are pretty much open to anything the company throws our direction in the way of browsers. That extends to its latest browser; Opera One – a new, early-access browser that’s got a fresh look and is designed to eventually replace the standard Opera browser some time in the coming year. You’re the One, Neo Opera has said that the revamped, clean look and wide-open sidebars are meant for a “generative AI-based future” though it didn’t really explain what that means. There’s also a new ‘Multithread Compositor’ and design elements…
