FNB eBucks FNB

Recently, FNB launched a new eBucks rewards program that allows customers to earn back an extra R2 per litre in eBucks form. Based on the 30-second trailer, we can confirm that yes, it looks about a million times better than Gollum does. Although, it isn’t hard to beat. I’ll be ba… releasing sometime in the future… We now know there’s an upcoming Terminator game. What else? Well, not…

Get ready South Africa. The Instax Mini Link 2 is coming to South Africa. The Link 2 has some big shoes to fill following in its older sibling’s wake – which saw a release in 2019. Over the past couple of weeks, we’ve used the Dynabook Satellite Pro (C50-J-10V) as our go-to laptop. The Dynabook came pre-loaded with Windows 11, which was a strange experience At least at first. Coming from Windows 10, 11 felt different. Not much has changed, but it takes some getting used to. After a day or two, we found that we much preferred it to the previous iteration. Plain sailing The Dynabook is interesting because of how… uninteresting it looks. It’s certainly not ugly. It’s just a 15.7in screen surrounded by an ordinary-looking body. Picture a plain black laptop in your…

With South Africa having only just ended its national lockdown, plenty of people have begun feeling a return to normality. There are no more masks, no limits on gatherings, and travel no longer requires certification of vaccination to travel. Because of this, travel has started going back to how it was two years ago. Uber knows this and sees an opportunity to capitalize on a sudden boom in travel. Earlier this year Uber launched a ‘Reserve’ option – which allows users to book a ride in advance. Building on that, Uber has launched ‘Reserve at Airports’ in an effort to…
