Get Spotify Premium for R6 – that’s not a typo

For those of you who have been holding off on getting a Premium Spotify subscription. Do it now. It’s only R6 — what costs R6 these days? You can’t even get a Simba Chips Party Pack.

We know, the free tier is essentially the Premium tier with ads. But Spotify SA just announced a special price of R6 for a Premium subscription for the first three months. Thereafter you will be charged the normal fee of R60 a month. You’ll probably stick around when the normal fee kicks in. Believe us when we say ‘when you go ad-free, you don’t go back’.

Spotify is a music streaming service that gives you access to music online, with the option to download tracks to your phone for offline listening. The Premium tier includes a shuffle play feature, unlimited skips, offline listening, top-notch audio, and it doesn’t contain ads. That’s the best part. 

If you’ve already had a Premium sub, unfortunately you won’t qualify for the special price. This is aimed specifically at users that haven’t decided to move up to the Premium subscription yet.

The special price is available until 31 December 2018 — and we highly recommend you move on from the free tier. The whole Stuff office is hella jealous right now.
