A massive 6,187-piece Lego Razor Crest from The Mandalorian is coming soon

Star Wars is no stranger to many things. Nerd fights, lore inconsistency, and perhaps too many different threads happening at once. And one other thing — Lego sets. There’s a brand new one on the horizon and it’s big. Literally. The Razor Crest from Disney+’s The Mandalorian is set to drop soon.

Not ‘drop’ drop. That would wipe out hours of hard work. The huge 6,187-piece Lego set is supposed to debut in early October. When it does, it’ll cost more than R11,000, which is the American pricing ($600) for the spacecraft.

The Razor’s Crest

The Razor Crest, in case you’re not that deep into the latest Star Wars hit, is the craft piloted by Din Djarin. He’s a space bounty hunter who runs around with Grogu, otherwise known as Baby Yoda. That cute little critter already has its own Lego set.

So why do you want this thing? There’s already a smaller version of the Razer Crest available (which’ll cost you R2,400). But, well, it’s smaller. This edition measures 72 x 50 x 24cm (LxWxH), consists of more than 6,100 pieces, and features removable engines, a cockpit, a freezing chamber, and a hugely detailed interior.

Plus, there are minifigures of the Mandalorian himself, Grogu, Mythrol, Kuiil, and you can build a little Blurrg to put them on. And then you can stick it on the shelf with your other ambitious Star Wars Lego sets, never to be touched again. Right?
