Here are the RRPs for the iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 3 in SA

New iPad PairThe iPad Air 2 and the iPad mini 3 are due to hit South Africa pretty soon and there are bound to be folks out there who are keen on upgrading their entire Apple arsenal. Core Group have just released the recommended pricing for the two new tablets and they’re going to be starting at R5,500.

That’s for the iPad mini 3’s WiFi-only, 16GB version. Scaling up through the 64GB and 128GB editions of the little tablet will have your wallet walloped for R6,900 and R8,300 respectively.

If you’d like some mobile data capability with your miniature Apple tablet then you’re going to be looking at R7,300, R8,700, and R10,000 for the 16GB, 64GB and 128GB cellular-equipped iPad mini 3s.

On to the lighter-than-the-first-Air iPad Air 2, there are also two flavours coming to SA. WiFi-only will set you back R6,700 (16GB), R8,000 (64GB) or R9,500 (128GB) and data-sporting will start at R8,500 (16GB), moving up to R10,000 (64GB) and R11,300 (128GB).

There you have it. Now all that remains is seeing just how much abuse your bank balance can handle.
