Hisense has three new LTE handsets landing in November

We’ve been quite taken with the Hisense smartphones that we’ve seen so far and there’s another opportunity for Hisense to impress. The company has announced that they’ve got three new LTE-toting smartphones heading to the South African market in November. The three phones, in ascending order of damage to your wallet, are the Hisense Infinity Pulse LTE, , the Infinity Pureshot LTE, and the Infinity K8. Which also sports LTE, even though it’s not explicitly pointed out.

Pureshot H7 (L671)The Infinity Pulse LTE is a 5-inch 720p Android 4.4 smartphone, with a 1.2GHz quad-core chip, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. You’ll have to deal with just that amount of storage, there’s no microSD slot in this dual SIM phone. An 8MP/5MP camera combo rounds this one off and there’s obviously LTE access. The price? R2,800.

Then there’s the Infinity Pureshot LTE (pictured, above). The 5-inch 720p display is sized the same but users have got a Snapdragon 415 1.36GHz octa-core processor at their disposal. 2GB of system memory, 16GB of storage and support for up to 32GB of microSD space are included as well. Hisense have plumped for a 13MP rear/5MP front camera combination in this Android 5.0 device and the price… that’s just R3,500. Not bad

The Infinity K8 is technically the big boy of the trio, though it lacks some of the Pureshot’s features. LTE – check. 1.5GHz Snapdragon 615 octa-core chip – check. 2GB of RAM – check. 16GB of storage – check. MicroSD support – Not check. Bugger. But you get the best camera setup (13MP rear/8MP front) and battery (2,700mAh) in this dual-SIM handset. Which will set you back around R5,000.

Expect to see a review of the Hisense Infinity Pureshot LTE appearing on Stuff soon.
