LG’s G Flex 3 is going big on specs in 2016

We’re used to speculation starting in advance of releases, whether its a smartphone, notebook or tablet, but usually the details are spottier at this stage. LG’s G Flex is bound to get another sequel and the specs for the wobbly handset are out and about already.

The LG G Flex 3 will, according to “an anonymous source”, be scaling the spec sheet ladder when it launches early next year. A 6-inch 2K display is on the cards, as well as a Snapdragon 820 processor which would – if the handset launched today – put it right near the top of the charts in terms of power.

4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage wouldn’t hurt either, two more specs that are rumoured for the LG handset. The G Flex 3 will also have a fingerprint scanner, a front-facing 8MP camera and a rear 20.7MP camera, no doubt with LG’s camera flourishes in place.

The LG G Flex 3 will apparently arrive in March 2016, according to the unnamed source, so there’s still a lot of time for things to change. As it stands now, this flexi-phone is sounding pretty attractive.
