We knew it was coming, but who knew that you could build so much hype by telling folks very little? That’s what the first trailer for Avengers: Endgame does — there are a few hints about life after Thanos but mostly it’s a depressing scene all round. People have been lost, or are missing and there’s just a general melancholy around the universe. Or is there? We’ve got Hawkeye being not-Hawkeye, a sad Cap, an MIA Tony Stark (who may or may not be talking to his suit instead of Pepper) and… wait, someone’s at the front door… If you haven’t watched the Avengers: Endgame trailer yet, you can correct your hideous mistake at the link below. If you have watched it, you can watch it again. You know you want to. The film launches in April 2019.

Netflix is feeling very festive of late. Why else would they keep giving us presents? Their newest gift to the world is a new series of Ghost in the Shell, called Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045. It’ll be an all-new series (obviously) and Netflix is bringing in Shinji Aramaki (know for Appleseed) as director and Kenji Kamiyama (who is known for working Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex). Besides that, we don’t know a whole hell of a lot. One thing we do know is that the series will take a little while to deliver. It’s only slated for launch in 2020.

Conan Exiles is the current game set in the Conan universe and it involves… many things, including body physics (if you download the right patch). In a total change of direction, there’s a new game on the way. Conan Unconquered is an RTS game set in the same universe and will see players defending against invading hordes. The game is set in the Black Colossus part of the Conan timeline, which sees our hero more as a military commander rather than the king he will eventually become. As RTS concepts go, this one… could certainly work. Jump over to the link below to catch the cinematic announcement trailer from Funcom. The game is set to launch in mid-2019 — for PC only, at the moment, but it’s being developed by Petroglyph. Remember them?

These things happen. If you’re still roaming around with an Android device sporting Android 4.0 — Ice Cream Sandwich then it’s time to look at getting a replacement. Android will be winding down support for the old mobile operating system. The seven year old OS will be considered a legacy operating system, which means that developers can provide updates for the operating system if they want to but odds are that they’re not going to. If you were previously watching Showmax or Netflix on an Ice Cream Sandwich tablet or phone, those apps (and many, many others) will likely no longer work as was previously the case. Not right away, but eventually. It’s the circle of life.
