Any of the 1000+ Cast-enabled apps, 200000+ TV shows and movies, 30000000+ songs available on Google Chromecast can be enjoyed with the all-new Skyworth Cast TV.
All that is needed to utilise your Cast TV is a Wifi network with internet connection.
Apps such as Netflix, Showmax and YouTube are available to download through the Google Home App and can be selected to cast directly on the Skyworth Cast TV. This feature must not be mistaken for the older mirror cast technology. The difference between the mirroring and casting is that the mobile device can also be used as a remote control but its functions still operate independently. This means that once the casting is enabled, you can still operate your device without interruption, such as receiving calls, sending messages, and so on.
The Skyworth U5 Cast series will be launched in June 2017 in South Africa and will offer consumers a choice of 50” and 55”.
