Another view of Samsung’s Galaxy View giganta-tablet

October’s been a good month for Samsung rumours, with the Galaxy S7 (plus possible variants) and a whole lot of info about Samsung’s massive Galaxy View tablet raining down like candy after an explosion in Willy Wonka’s factory.

And, like candy, there’s always more if you want it. And can afford it, of course. We recently saw the Galaxy View in a series of leaked images and now we’ve got a much cleaner look, thanks to prolific – and frequently reliable – Twitter leaker Evan Blass.

Evan’s leak doesn’t shed much light on the specs we can expect. LTE should be a thing and we know that the Galaxy View will sport an 18.4-inch display with a kickstand to hold it all up but what else is there?

Aside from its size, the Galaxy View is less than stellar. It’ll have an Exynos 7580 SoC, 2GB of system memory and that 18.4-inch display will be HD. Storage is set to be 32GB, with an option to increase that by up to 128GB with a microSD card, and there are basic WiFi and 3G/LTE models in the offing. Or at least that’s the word according to GSM Arena. There’s also a 5,700mAh battery reported to be on the way. Not what we would have expected from an 18-inch tablet but we’ll see what the sum of its parts equal when the time comes.
