Sony’s PlayStation 4 will be getting a temporary price drop come 1 May, which will be running for 72 hours. R700 is being hacked off the recommended price, so you’ll be able to pick up a PS4 between 1 and 3 May for R5,300.
Ster Kinekor Entertainment CEO Mario Dos Santos is calling the current special, which we’re sure is designed to drive sales here at home, “…our lowest pricing to date” for the console.
So where are you going to be getting this deal? According to Ster Kinekor the participating outlets are BT Games, Makro, DionWired, Game, AnimeWorX, Toys “R” Us, CNA, Incredible Connection, Game4u, and Takealot.com. We’re expecting them to do an awful lot of business this weekend.
