Stuff South Africa

In This Issue – The Work and Play (October-November 2024) Issue

The October-November 2024 issue of Stuff Magazine reintroduces the noble giveaway to the pages of South Africa’s best consumer technology magazine. That’s far from the most exciting thing found between the slivers of dead tree (or living electrons, depending on how you consumer your media) but it’s certainly worth mentioning. Especially since we’re giving away a shiny new Apple iPhone 16. You know, the thing you’re desperate to buy every time Apple holds a September event? The catch? You’ve got to read this issue of Stuff. That’s it.

That’s not it for this issue of Stuff. Obviously. October-November 2024 includes loads of tech but there’s plenty to see for PC and gaming nerds in particular. If you’re a member of the PC Master Race, you’ll be pleased with the selection of overt and stealth gaming laptops on offer. If you’re a member of the opposing side, you’ll be just as well served for hardware. Console accessories for the Big Three are extensively covered. No matter whether your allegiance is to Mario, Kratos, or Master Chief, there’s something for you to spend your money on.

It doesn’t have to be high-tech to be awesome tech. Fujifilm’s new Instax Wide 400 proves that you don’t need masses of processors and a lithium-ion battery to turn heads at a party. All you need is the click-and-whirr of an instant photograph popping out of a plastic casing to get folks gathering around you like moths bouncing off a shirtless network technician. Yes, it’s technology with consumable ammunition but it’s also an excellent way to capture memories as they happen. Catch this review and many others in the October-November 2024 issue of Stuff.

Speaking of many others, you’ll find loads and loads reviews to give you pause before you lay down your cash in a store. We’ve tested both of Samsung’s folding phones, Huawei’s lightest laptop to date, and a very tiny video camera. There’s a selection of webcam tech to suit your needs (or budget), ways to make Apple’s M4 iPad Pro even more expensive, and a look back at the original Motorola Razr V3. Get your copy of Stuff Magazine’s October-November 2024 issue today, in stores or online. Go on. You know you want to
