Stuff South Africa

Someone’s getting some delicious Raspberry Pi today. It could be you

So you wanted a small computer? If that’s the case, you probably entered Stuff Magazine‘s Raspberry Pi 3 B+ Premium Kit giveaway that started a couple of weeks ago. And now the time has come for us to announce the winner of that little giveaway.

Of course, if you didn’t enter then you aren’t eligible to win — because we can’t exactly give you a shot at this one if we don’t know who you are… preferably exactly who you are. When you’ve got six entries for ‘Mike’ and another five for ‘Johan’, it gets a little confusing trying to figure out who our automated system is talking about. Just something to think about.

But now: On with the announcement!

You can find most of this info is on the Terms and Conditions page, but there are some things we like to get out of the way early. Here’s how we pick our winners: Potential winners’ names are drawn randomly by a computer. Once the name has been drawn, the entry is examined by a human to make sure it’s valid. If it’s not (which sometimes happens — not this time though. Everyone had a correct answer — even the guy that said “Overthrow the New World Order”) the computer has another go. That’s it. Unless you work for Stuff Magazine in one way or another, in which case you are disqualified before you even start.

That’s enough waffling from us? Thought so. Here’s your winner:

Steven Wilson

Congrats to Steven, who should be getting an email from us any… second… now… As for our other entrants, don’t despair. We’ve got something else coming up shortly so stick around.
