Star Wars: The Last Jedi finally has a full trailer

It’s only early October but that’s not too early to start up the Star Wars: The Last Jedi hype train. The new full-length trailer just about clips your ticket for the ride that’ll only end when the newest Star Wars film launches on 15 December. You remember what happened with The Force Awakens, don’t you?

If you’re an absolute fan, though, you might want to skip the trailer altogether. The Last Jedi‘s teaser reveals a surprising amount about what the film will entail, but we can only assume that there are far, far more reveals tucked away in the final product. Disney has been rather good about not spoiling matters so far.

The Last Jedi will see us finally catching up with the grizzled old Luke Skywalker (spoiler alert, for anyone who hasn’t used the internet in about two years), who has a few things to say to heroine Rey — not all of them are very good. There’s a large focus on Kylo Ren, Finn is fighting his own battles, and General Leia Organa, played by the late Carrie Fisher, also has some screen time.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi looks good. Very good. So if you were able to hold off on watching the trailer itself, we’re proud of you. We don’t have the disciple to do it. But we will have tickets for opening day, the moment they go on sale (which they already have – hurry!).
