The Razer Nabu has five rules for zombie survival

Razer’s five rules of zombie survival, based on the introduction to zombie comedy/Twinkie-hunt Zombieland, is a very clever way to promote just what the peripheral company’s updated Razer Nabu is all about. Whether you’re keeping your eyes on the surrounding threats rather than peering at a phone, avoiding distractions or practising Rule One (that’d be Cardio. All day, every day), Razer reckons that their new Nabu will keep you out of reach of the zombies. And if you do get some red on you, the new Nabu is supposed to be splash-proof.

Nabu_01-07We’ve spent a decent amount of Razer’s Nabu X, which felt like a step backwards compared to their original Nabu. But this update, which is due to hit international markets this October, could be the reworking that gamers have been waiting for. The reintroduction of the display, which was missing in the Nabu X, and a bunch of user-feedback driven improvements are on the cards and hopefully this’ll be enough for Razer’s latest wearable to live up to that ‘Live Smarter’ tagline of theirs.

In the meantime, we’ll be down at the Winchester watching Razer’s ad and waiting for this all to blow over.
