Maybe you’ve heard of Project CARS, a racing simulator from Slightly Mad Studios that is looking to be the most attractive title ever created in its genre. The company itself describes it as the “…most authentic, beautiful, intense, and technically-advanced racing game on the planet.” Based on what we’ve seen, they’re not wrong.

Even if you have heard of it you may not know that this racing title is a crowdfunded effort, with fans and the developers raising the cash to get it made. But, now that all of the work is done and a release date is in sight, Slightly Mad has found a distributor in Bandai NAMCO, who will be distributing the game globally. That means that, come November this year, racing fans will get their fix via Megarom Games, Bandai NAMCO’s local distributors.

Slated for release on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Wii U, we’ll be getting Project CARS in stores. If you need a reason to pick it up, check out the video above. Do yourself a favour though and watch it in HD – this is all gameplay footage and you will not be sorry you saw it.
