The next Call of Duty will involve Advanced Warfare. And Kevin Spacey

Activision’s newest Call of Duty title was unveiled last week, with a release date for 4 November being given for the new shooter. Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will be dropping on 4 November and, if the company follows their usual routine, that rollout should be global so we’ll get it here on the same day.

Advanced Warfare isn’t just a title though, if the Kevin Spacey-narrated reveal trailer is anything to go by. Activision is set to introduce a whole new collection of futuristic technology to the popular shooter, in the form of body-suits that allow wearers to perform some impressive jumps, hover-bikes, deployable cover, as well as the usual collection of drones and other weaponry.

There also look to be some new vehicles in the offing as well, judging from the trailer, but we haven’t really gotten a good look at those yet. Advanced Warfare‘s multiplayer is still a bit of a mystery as well, though there’s a lot of potential for change in the fast-paced online side of the game.
