Batman: Arkham Origins is due for a little more downloadable content and the next set of story-based gameplay to arrive for the Dark Knight origin tale will concern Mr Freeze, otherwise known as Dr. Victor Fries. He has appeared in other Batman games in the past but the new DLC content, titled Cold, Cold Heart, concerns how Dr. Victor Fries became Mr Freeze.
The DLC was teased in a video by DC All Access, where the developers also gave a slight rundown of what players can expect from the extra content when it launches in April. There will be a few gadgetry upgrades that will allow the young Bruce Wayne to go toe-to-toe with the new enemy types that he will be facing in Cold, Cold Heart.
The next story-based chapter in Batman: Arkham Origins is expected to launch on 22 April and will see release on the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360. The DLC will not be available on the Wii U.
