Sony’s full-frame A7 camera gets a few image leaks

Sony’s rumoured full-frame A7 and A7r cameras are turning into less of a rumour by the day. Following a blurred image of the apparent camera came the unearthing of two press shots for the Sony shooter.

One of the images seems to show the A7 camera fitted with a Karl Zeiss 28-70mm f/3.5-5.6 lens. The A7 is thought to be a 24 megapixel shooter with Phase Detection AF (autofocus) while the A7r, shown with a 35mm f/2.8 Karl Zeiss lens, is supposedly going to be a 36 megapixel camera that will be dropping its anti-aliasing filter.

There is a list of other rumoured specs available at Sony Alpha Rumours, at the source link below. It may not be a long wait to find out just what the official details of the two cameras are however, Engadget reports that Sony Japan has a possibly-related announcement taking place on 16 October.

You can check out the two leaked images below. The A7 camera is on the left of your screen, with the A7r taking the other position.
