Take a minute to see what the Mars Curiosity rover has been up to

NASA’s Curiosity rover has been on Mars for about ten months now and, in that time, has been roaming the red planet looking for items of interest. It has even found a few, like evidence of water in a liquid form, and it hasn’t been smashed by a Decepticon yet either.

While Curiosity has been doing its thing it has been transmitting images back to Earth and one YouTube user, Karl Sanford, has taken those images and compiled them into a time-lapse video that shows the rover’s progress from Sol 0 (its first day on Mars) to Sol 281.

The entire video takes a minute or so to watch and gives a decent overview of the landscape that Curiosity has had to navigate so far.
