Google’s Play store is now a year old and as part of its birthday celebration the company is kicking off a week of special offers.
Play users will receive discounts on several products, some of them unfortuntely targeted at American users only like the Fancy $15 gift card but there are also discounted games as well as free additions to some titles, cheaper movie rentals and free music tracks.
Google said on the Play store birthday announcement “Since the best parties are the ones that send you home with a present, today we celebrate our birthday with a festive goodie bag full of gifts. Don’t delay in picking up these limited-time offers. It’s been an incredible first year and we look forward to sharing the gift of digital diversions for many more to come.”
