Apple’s latest iPad with Retina Display is now available in South Africa through MTN, along with several launch deals from the service provider for the device that are valid until 14 February.
The 16GB iPad with Retina Display is being offered in 4 packages: R299 per month on MTN’s 500MB package, R329 (1GB package), R369 (2GB package) and R509 (MTN’s Uncapped Lite offer). The 32GB and 64GB versions are being offered on the same packages, with the 32GB priced between R349 and R559 per month and the 64GB between R399 and R609 per month. Each limited-time offer is for a 24 month contract with MTN.
Apple’s iPad, announced in September last year, will soon be joined by the iPad Mini says MTN, though the date that they will launch it in South Africa has not been revealed. The smaller bit of gadgetry will also become available with limited-time launch offers that will be specified later.
