It seems that reports from The Korea Times claiming that Samsung would be revealing and then launching the next iteration of the Samsung Galaxy S were incorrect.
Samsung Electronics has apparently said via Twitter (in Korean) that there is no truth to the rumours that the newest device would be shown at MWC 2013 in Barcelona, putting a damper on hopes a new product launch far earlier in the year than expected.
The initial report claimed that Samsung’s Galaxy S 4 would have a larger OLED display, quad-core Exynos processors and LTE and that it would be launching globally in March 2013.
