Some details emerge on BlackBerry 10 devices

Website N4BB, citing an internal document from RIM (Research in Motion), has managed to reveal some details regarding the upcoming BlackBerry 10 devices, specifically the N- and L-series.

The L-series BlackBerry 10 handsets will apparently feature a 768×1280 screen resolution. The screen will have a pixel density of 356 PPI and the handset will be 55mm wide.

The N-series will feature a physical QWERTY keyboard, a 720×720 screen resolution and a pixel density of 330 PPI. The handset will be between 52 and 53mm thick and the first models will reportedly be using OLED screen tech. Later models may switch to LCD displays, according to the report.

A formal announcement on the handsets is expected from RIM in August.
