Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 2 delayed

Both the 10″ and 7″ models of Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 2 have been delayed, according to the company.

The tablets, announced in February, were due to launch in the UK in March this year before rolling out to the rest of the world but Samsung has decided to hold up the launch until the end of April. The reason given for the delay is that Samsung and Google want more time to work on the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS, with no further details being supplied.

The two tablets will, when they launch, feature similar system specs that only significantly diverge with regards to their screen sizes.
