Stuff South Africa

In the December 2018 issue of Stuff Magazine

In the newest issue of Stuff Magazine, we’ve finally got what we have been waiting all year for. All of the major phones for 2018 have finally broken cover and we’ve finally been able to pit all of them against each other. The lone holdout was Apple but with the launch of the iPhone XS and XS Max, we’re finally able to have a proper matchup. We’ve taken the best from Apple, Google, Huawei, Sony, and Samsung and put them against each other. Like most battle royales, many contestants enter but only one will leave. Who will the winner be? Find out in the December 2019 issue of Stuff Magazine.

We’ve also taken a deeper dive with some of Apple’s fresh lineup, spending more than a little time with the Apple Watch Series 4. If you’re looking for an all-round wearable that looks as good in the club as it does on the track, you might want to stop searching — till the Series 5 is announced. This is by far Apple’s best wearable yet but if you’re not feeling the whole ‘walled garden’ approach, we’ve also taken a look at some other contenders for that place on your arm. There’s a flow-chart and everything. Find it in the December 2018 issue of Stuff Magazine.

Droning on and on used to be for boring people but now droning is for cool people who do motorcycle backflips and triple heelflips down the twenty stair set while a small aerial vehicle follows them around. And if you’re going to be followed by a small aerial vehicle, you want to make it the DJI Mavic 2 Pro. Or the Mavic 2 Zoom, that’s also an acceptable answer. The price might be a tough one to swallow but if you want the best easily-available commercial drone on the market, the Mavic 2 Pro has to be on your list. Why? We reveal everything in the December 2018 issue of the magazine.

Is that all? No, that’s never all. We’ve got a whole mess of retro tech for your to drool over (not on, please, it’s expensive), we’ve tested many of the best games to come out of 2018’s crowded period, as well as tips and tricks when it comes to Nikon’s D5 and getting the most out of Wunderlist. Then there are the Top 10s, more reviews than you can shake a fully-loaded wallet at, and then we’ve got our annual Wish List — in case you need a few festive season shopping ideas in the coming weeks. So what are you waiting for? Go out and get your December 2018 copy of Stuff Magazine today.
