Get the tiniest glimpse of Faraday Future’s SUV on the test track
New electric auto-maker Faraday Future hit the world in the face with the FFZero 1, a hypercar concept that introduced the company to us. But they’re actually doing something a little more sedate, at least at first. A very brief teaser video shows their upcoming SUV being tested on a track and we know it’s early days because the bodywork doesn’t look to be final yet. Or they’re disguising the lines of the vehicle, as most companies do with in-production cars. It’s not much but, according to Ars Technica, the company has an official reveal for this vehicle happening at CES 2017 — which really isn’t that far away at all.

Why can’t we stop playing Google’s Halloween Doodle game?
Add Halloween to the list of things that South Africa is importing from American in increasing quantities. And since today is officially the spooky holiday (though Stuff got its party on over the weekend), we thought that Google’s Halloween-themed Google Doodle game would be right up everyone’s alley. That’s because it stars a cat, Momo, who has to use a series of gestures to defeat waves of ghosts. That’s because the ghosts have stolen a spellbook and Momo wants to get it back. We’re stuck playing the game — which is why Light Start has taken so long to come out this morning — but we’d recommend a mouse over a trackpad if you’re after high scores. So hit the link below to find the Doodle, as well as an explainer behind the game.

Tesla unveils their solar roof panels and they look a whole lot like standard roof tiles
Tesla has unveiled new solar roof panels that the company hopes to release to work with your Powerwall (or the Powerwall 2, which was also unveiled recently) and they look… a heck of a lot like roofing tiles. Just plain old roofing tiles, in several styles, but these solar power panels are able to suck up the power of the sun and transfer it to wherever you need it to go. It looks a heck of a lot better than existing rooftop panels, that’s for sure. Tesla is still working on efficiency improvements and there are no pricing details just yet but the panels are said to be competitively priced when it comes to actual roofing tiles. Honestly, if this is the future of home solar, we’re very okay with it.

Here are 40 solid minutes of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
Perhaps you, like us, will fail to understand most of what this video has to say. That’s because it’s Japanese show Game Center DX running through The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Not all of it, just about 40 minutes or so, with generous shots of all the upcoming gameplay. It’s a great taster for the final game, which is expected to launch around the time that the Nintendo Switch is released, and this video seems to be based on the Wii U version of the game. Just in case you were thinking of getting rid of your existing console.
