If an airbag is deployed, Intelligent Emergency Call automatically contacts the BMW Call Centre via an accident-proof telephone unit permanently installed in your vehicle – independently of your own mobile phone. Specially trained personnel inform the relevant emergency services and give you support by telephone. The same connection simultaneously transfers the precise position of the vehicle together with pertinent information to rescue services.

TELESERVICES

Servicing is a must, but with BMW TeleServices you no longer have to take care of it yourself. Your BMW registers automatically when a service is required and transfers all the data relevant for the service to BMW. Your preferred BMW Dealer can access the data and call you to arrange an appointment, or arrange an appointment manually by simply pressing a button in your vehicle.

ROAD-SIDE ASSISTANCE

BMW roadside assistance is a peace-of-mind offering for those unlikely and unforeseen times when you might be stuck next to the road. It is standard on any new vehicle sold, up to a vehicle age of 60 months from date of purchase, without any kilometre limit, and comes with extended motor plans for BMW Approved Used Cars.

CONCIERGE SERVICES

Whether you wish to book a table in a restaurant or a hotel room – BMW Call Centre Agents from Concierge Services are always on hand to assist: 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Pressing a button connects you directly. Your “personal assistant” is there to help and give you support on all your questions, and can even send points of interest directly to your in-car navigation system while talking to you.
