					<description><![CDATA[Telkom/Openserve was once the most competitive, now not so. Vuma, once one of the most expensive, offers uncapped 20mbps for R399/month (recently R450). As you say, why pay the same for capped? It&#039;s as if Telkom doesnt know what competitors are offering like Vuma&#039;s prepaid.

On the subject, Telkom&#039;s 4G/LTE has among the cheapest prices but download speeds, especially nights, are slow. 

Way to go if they want to lose customers.]]></description>
