Nokia’s Nokia World event, set to take place on 22 October this year in Abu Dhabi, will see the company taking the wraps off of at least six new devices. Two of these will reportedly be members of the Lumia family.
This information comes via The Verge, which cites sources “familiar with Nokia’s roadmap”. In addition to the six new devices, one of which is widely expected to be the Lumia 1520, Nokia is said to be introducing a range of new accessories as well as something “special”.
This ‘special’ item could be a rumoured Windows RT tablet from the phone manufacturer. According to @evleaks, which is known for releasing images of upcoming handsets before they are official, the rumoured tablet will be called the Lumia 2520. Previous reports used the ‘Sirius’ codename for the supposed 10.1-inch device.
