Apple will debut a 13″ MacBook Pro with a Retina Display at the 23 October event where the company is expected to reveal the iPad Mini. This comes by way of 9to5Mac who cite a “consistently reliable source at a high-profile U.S. retailer” for their information.
The 13″ MacBook Pro will apparently be making use of the same sort thinner enclosure that was introduced with the refreshed 15″ model released by the company in June this year.
Two different hardware configurations will reportedly be available for the 13-inchers and the units themselves will hit stores soon after the announcement, though no time-frame has been given. The Retina Display 13″ MacBook Pro will be on sale alongside the standard model, albeit at a higher price point.
